Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how LNATBoost handles refund requests for paid digital access and confirms that statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
Digital content and online services
LNATBoost sells time-limited access to digital content and online services. When you pay and request immediate access, the service may begin before any cancellation period would otherwise expire.
Your 14-day cancellation right
As a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content and online services. Because LNATBoost provides immediate digital access, you are asked at checkout to confirm that you want access to start straight away and that you understand you will lose this 14-day cancellation right once access has begun. If access has not yet started, you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund by contacting us.
When refunds may be considered
- Duplicate charges or clear payment processing errors.
- Paid access that was not activated after a confirmed payment and cannot be restored within a reasonable time.
- Material technical failure that prevents access to the paid service and cannot be resolved after you contact support.
When refunds may be refused
- Change of mind after paid digital access has started.
- Dissatisfaction with a practice score, university result, or admissions outcome.
- Account suspension caused by account sharing, abuse, or breach of the Terms of Use.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method through the original payment provider, and the time to receive the money depends on that provider. Where only part of an access period was used before an approved refund, we may refund the unused part rather than the full amount, unless your statutory rights require otherwise.
Statutory rights
This policy does not remove or reduce statutory rights that apply to you as a consumer. If a law gives you a refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, or other remedy that cannot be excluded, that right continues to apply.

Contact LNATBoost@gmail.com with your account email, payment provider, payment time, and a short description of the problem. Do not send card numbers or payment passwords.
