Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set the rules for using LNATBoost, including account access, payment access, content use, educational limitations, and liability limits.
Using LNATBoost
LNATBoost is an educational practice tool for LNAT-style reading practice, mocks, review, and progress tracking. It is provided for study support only and is not legal, admissions, tutoring, psychological, or professional advice.
No score or admissions guarantee
LNATBoost does not guarantee any LNAT score, university offer, interview invitation, scholarship, or admissions outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside the service, including your preparation, test conditions, official LNAT content, university policies, and independent admissions decisions.
Relationship with LNAT and universities
LNATBoost is not affiliated with LNAT, the official LNAT test provider, Pearson VUE, any university, or any admissions authority. Names used to describe the LNAT are used only to identify the type of preparation service offered.
Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
- Paid access is for one learner and up to two personal devices unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- You must not share, resell, copy, scrape, publish, or redistribute LNATBoost content or account access.
- We may suspend or revoke access where we reasonably believe an account is being shared, abused, used unlawfully, or used to attack the service.
Payments and digital access
Prices, access windows, and included features are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Paid access normally starts when payment is confirmed and the entitlement is activated.
Content and availability
We aim to keep LNATBoost useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will always be error-free. We may update, replace, remove, or correct practice content, explanations, features, and technical systems.
Intellectual property
LNATBoost content, design, explanations, questions, software, branding, and related materials belong to LNATBoost or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own LNAT preparation during your access period.
Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LNATBoost is not liable for indirect loss, loss of opportunity, loss of admission prospects, loss of profits, loss of data caused by events outside our reasonable control, or consequences of relying on practice material as a predictor of an official LNAT outcome.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Your mandatory consumer and data protection rights are not affected.
Closing your account
You can stop using LNATBoost and ask us to close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing your account ends future access, but it does not by itself create a refund for any remaining paid access period unless the Refund Policy or your statutory rights apply. We may keep limited records after closure where the law requires it, as explained in the Privacy Notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service, payment providers, or the law. The current version is always shown on this page with the 'last updated' date. A change will not reduce paid access you have already bought, and continuing to use LNATBoost after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or complaint about LNATBoost, contact LNATBoost@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it fairly. Your statutory consumer rights, including any right to bring a claim or use a relevant dispute resolution scheme, are not affected.
